Privacy policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026Applies worldwide

FMS Global ("FMS Global", "we", "us" or "our") is a performance marketing agency and affiliate network for mobile apps and websites. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

It covers visitors to our websites, people who contact us, our clients and partners, and people who see or click on advertising and affiliate campaigns we run for our clients.

This policy applies to the following websites and to any page that links to it:

01Who we are

FMS Global is responsible for the personal data described in this policy and acts as its data controller. When we run campaigns for a client, the client is usually the controller of data about its own customers, and we process that data on its behalf and under its instructions.

For any privacy question, email us at contact@fmsglobalmarketing.com.

02Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Enquiries: your name, work email, company, app or website, budget range and anything you write in our contact form or emails.
  • Clients and partners: business contact details, account logins for platforms you ask us to manage, and billing details.
  • Publishers and affiliates: contact details, traffic sources, and the payment and tax details we need to pay commissions.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our websites we collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, the page that referred you, the time of your visit and an approximate location based on your IP address.

Campaign and attribution data

When someone clicks an ad or affiliate link in a campaign we run, we and our measurement partners may record a click ID, timestamp, publisher or sub-publisher ID, IP address, user agent and, where the device allows it, an advertising identifier such as Google's Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA. Advertisers or their measurement partners may then tell us that the click led to an install, sign-up or purchase.

We use this data to credit conversions to the right source, pay partners and detect fraud. We do not use it to find out who you are by name.

03How we use your information

  • To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals.
  • To plan, run, measure and report on campaigns for our clients.
  • To attribute installs, leads and sales, and to calculate and pay commissions.
  • To detect and prevent ad fraud, invalid traffic and abuse.
  • To run, secure and improve our websites.
  • To send business updates you've asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to defend legal claims.

04Legal bases for processing

Where laws such as the EU or UK GDPR apply, we rely on one or more of these legal bases:

  • Consent, for example for non-essential cookies and marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Contract, to deliver services to clients and pay partners.
  • Legitimate interests, such as measuring campaigns, preventing fraud and keeping our websites secure, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation, such as keeping financial records.

05Cookies and tracking technologies

Cookies, pixels, SDKs and similar technologies help our websites and campaigns work and let us measure results. We use three kinds:

  • Essential: needed for the site to load and stay secure.
  • Analytics: show us how visitors use our pages so we can improve them.
  • Advertising and attribution: record ad clicks and conversions and help advertising platforms show relevant ads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To limit personalised ads, use the ad settings in your Google and Meta accounts, or reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's privacy settings.

06Who we share information with

  • Service providers who host our websites, deliver email, process forms, provide analytics or handle payments for us.
  • Advertising platforms such as Google, Meta and Spotify, when we run campaigns on them.
  • Measurement partners such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or Branch, who attribute installs and events for advertisers.
  • Advertisers and publishers, only to the extent needed to confirm, attribute and pay for conversions.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, users or partners.
  • A buyer or successor, if our business is merged, sold or restructured.

We do not sell personal data for money. Some laws, including California's, treat sharing data for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "sharing". You can opt out of this by emailing us.

07International transfers

We work with clients and partners in many countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live. When we transfer data from regions with transfer rules, such as the EEA or the UK, we use safeguards like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

08How long we keep information

  • Enquiries: up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
  • Click and conversion records: up to 13 months, or longer while a billing or fraud dispute is open.
  • Contracts, invoices and payment records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

When we no longer need data, we delete it or make it anonymous.

09Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and limited staff access to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, so if you think your information has been put at risk, please tell us straight away.

10Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Our websites and services are for businesses and are not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16, or under 18 where local law sets that age. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

13Changes to this policy
